Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospectsand determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsby partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Help achieve sales targetsby successfully managing the sales cycle
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategiesfor new lead-generation methods
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market researchto identify new leads
  • Collaborate andsupport senior sales teams on outbound strategies and innovative lead-generating ideas

Requirements

  • Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English
  • At least 2 years experience as a sales representative or BDR, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience and knowledge in performance marketing- Strong advantage!
  • Driven, ambitious, and fast learner
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound approaches every day
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
  • Knowledge of CRM systems. Ex. Hubspot
  • Great multitasker and time management skills
