Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospectsand determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsby partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Help achieve sales targetsby successfully managing the sales cycle
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategiesfor new lead-generation methods
- Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market researchto identify new leads
- Collaborate andsupport senior sales teams on outbound strategies and innovative lead-generating ideas
Requirements
- Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English
- At least 2 years experience as a sales representative or BDR, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience and knowledge in performance marketing- Strong advantage!
- Driven, ambitious, and fast learner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound approaches every day
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
- Knowledge of CRM systems. Ex. Hubspot
- Great multitasker and time management skills
